Holistic Counselling

Sally Boothby Counselling is a counselling practice that works holistically with people wanting to improve their mental wellbeing. Providing a safe and confidential space in a relaxed and non-clinical environment, sessions can be conducted face to face, via telehealth, or walk and talk therapy (bare foot on the beach, by the lake or in the park… you choose!)

Mental wellbeing can vary significantly throughout your lifespan influenced by biological, social and environmental factors. Evidence suggests that therapeutic counselling through various modalities, such as CBT, can significantly improve emotional wellbeing and assist in implementing ongoing positive health management strategies. Specialising in (but not limited to) anxiety, addictive behaviours, trauma recovery, family violence, conflict resolution and ADHD, Sally brings a range of therapeutic techniques to her practice.
